Late Procedures

If your child is late to school, they must come through the office and sign in the late book and take a late card to the teacher. This means the office staff and the teacher are aware that the child is present and the office will not call parents/caregivers and alarm them. If your child has an appointment before school, it is helpful if you could phone the office and leave a message.

Leaving School Early

If you require to collect your child during school hours, come to the office and complete a leaving form. The office staff will call your child to the office to meet you.

Stationery

Colwill School will provide a starter pack for all students.

Visiting Classrooms

We would ask that parents wishing to drop off lunches, homework, books or swimming togs to come to the office rather than visiting classrooms and disrupting teaching programmes.
